It Started In My Kitchen
a few pages from the beginning…

Hi, I'm Jacqueline...
...the founder of Fudge Fairy Co. Our spoonable fudge began with my mom, a happy accident, and a whole lot of love. Let me tell you about it...

My mom loved fudge...
...and when she passed in 2023, I found myself wanting to feel close to her again, and fudge was how I got there. My mother-in-law taught me how to make her famous peanut butter fudge, the recipe ours is still modeled after today. Every batch I made brought a little piece of my mom back to me.
The Happy Little Accident
Here's the truth: spoonable fudge was a mistake. Fudge has to hit an exact temperature to set properly, and in the beginning I kept getting it wrong. Instead of tossing it, I'd pour it into a container and let people dig in with a spoon, and they loved it that way far more than I ever expected. Just like that, spoonable fudge was born.
then came the markets…

I started out at local farmers markets, then built a website, created our branding and logo, and took our jars to vendor markets to see what people thought. They loved it. So I kept going, dreaming up new flavors, rebranding, and designing packaging worth saving. I started Fudge Fairy in 2024 and officially launched in 2025 when things really began to take off. Today, we're focused on growing so we can put a spoon in even more hands.
Why I Do This
Beyond the personal piece, the part that will always be about my mom, but I do this for the faces. There's nothing like watching someone take their first bite and light up. If I can spread a little joy through a simple treat, reinvent the way fudge is made and eaten, and take a nostalgic, old-fashioned classic and make it cool and exciting again, then I've done what I set out to do.
