Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

All sales are final.


Damages, Issues, or Order Problems

We want you to have the best experience possible.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We’ll review the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with broken tamper seals

  • Taste preferences or personal preference

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Delayed deliveries caused by carriers


Refunds & Replacements

If your issue is approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Or a refund (in certain cases)

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process.


Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure freshness.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
